Welcome to Fableable! These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the Fableable platform (the “Services”), including your rights regarding any content you may create or interact with on the Service. This Agreement is between Fableable and you, the user (“Customer”, “You”, or “Your”), and it governs your access to and use of the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the Services implies acceptance of any updated terms.

1. Service Availability and Quality

We continuously work to improve the Services. However, we make no guarantees about the Services’ quality, stability, uptime, or reliability. The Services and any content created through them are provided “AS IS”. Fableable is not liable for any reliance on the Services or its features.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country to use the Services. If you are under the age of consent, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

  • Rights You Grant to Fableable: By using the Services, you grant Fableable a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content you create or upload.
  • Your Rights: Subject to this license, you retain ownership of the content you create, unless specified otherwise in this Agreement.

5. DMCA and Takedowns Policy

If you believe your copyright or trademark is being infringed on our platform, please contact us at takedown@fableable.com with the required information.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes related to this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and resolved through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules.

7. Service Limitations and Rate Limiting

We reserve the right to rate limit your use of the Services to maintain service quality.

8. Payment and Billing

  • All transactions are processed through Stripe. Refunds for defective products are at our discretion and must be requested before shipment confirmation.

9. Community Guidelines

Please respect others and avoid creating or sharing content that is disrespectful, aggressive, or adult in nature. Violations may result in a ban from the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Fableable is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. You are responsible for your actions on the platform.

11. Miscellaneous

This Agreement includes clauses on force majeure, no agency, severability, no third-party beneficiaries, and survival of terms.

By using Fableable’s platform, you signify your agreement to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service. If you find any aspect of these terms unacceptable, please discontinue the use of our platform immediately.
